READ TERMS AND CONDITION

NB:All bookings during peak season periods including December 20th until 10th January across all our properties are non-amendable and non-refundable.

15 Days before the time of check-in – 25 % of the total booking amount will be deducted.

Within 15 Days to 48hrs of check-in – 50 % of the total booking amount will be deducted.

No refund will be eligible in case guest does not arrive as per booking schedule.

After receiving the cancellation request, the balance amount after deducting the cancellation charges will be refunded via the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
